We will gladly refund any item purchased directly from fpdvision.com for a period of 30 days from receipt. However, we are only able to accept returns on items purchased directly from fpdvision.com.

You can return the items you have purchased within 30 days following delivery of the item to you. Our Voluntary 30-Day Return Guarantee does not affect your legal right of withdrawal in any way.

Refund Process and Details:

1. Please send an email to service@fpdvision.com, and we will respond to you within 1-2 business days. Email should include the following information: Order Number, SKU, the reason for sending back and posting images, choosing replacement or refund money, and other related concerns.

2. Once you ship returned goods, please note the return item must be with original packing, accessories.( When returning products urchased in the promotion, you must return all the products) Please return to the address we have given only after approval. FPD is not responsible for transportation costs to the service center. We ship returns via FedEx.

3. FPD will arrange for a resend or refund upon receiving your return package within 1 week for your return to be processed. Refunds will be processed by FPD. Once your returned package is received, you will receive a confirmation email and your refund will be processed for the product received (not including shipping and handling) using your original payment method.
